You do not mention what year yours is so I will pass this along to try to help. Our 2001 had a 2 door Dometic and it had a switch to turn a heater on in the refrig. door to help stop sweating when the humidity was high.
The switch was a smaii rocker switch on the front of the refrig. but you need to open the door to get to it. It was located just below the freezer door on the metal between the refrig. and freezer.
Hope this helps but if the refrig is sweating on the inside sides and back this won't help as it was just to keep the inside of the door dry.
If you have the switch and turn it on, make sure you turn it off when you cut the refrig off as it has separate power and will run the battery down as it is not controled by the on-off sw. on the refrig.
