I agree with Tom that the proper way to hitch it up is to have the pinbox slightly lower than the hitch saddle so the pinbox rises as it slides onto the saddle.

That was true with my standard Reese and with this superglide. With the Reese I had to pull forward slightly to disengate the handle. With the superglide I have to chock behind the wheels, then back into the trailer and set the emergency brake.
