I have a 2000 7.3L and and the 6.7L. I'll take the 6.7L over the 7.3L. The 7.3L was a great engine for its time, but it's loud, harder to cold start and doesn't have the power without tuning and other hard part upgrades. My son drives it now and loves it. There is a stigma locally and it may extend beyond where guys are asking about double the book value of old 7.3L with 200-300k on the clock. The 6.0 and 6.4 don't seem to have that going for them.

I know the 6.0 had the EGR cooler issues and most did the block-off plates and tuning to fix. I think the 6.4 had more issues than any of them.
