MM is correct. You can put F350 springs but the mostly the axle may be the difference between the 10,000 and the 11,500 load rated trucks. Even the F350 comes in the 10,000 load rating. You have to make sure if you go bigger you make sure you step up to the heavier weight truck. Then there is the mac daddy DRW which can do anything. However they are way bigger and if you use your truck on a daily basis than to big of a truck.
