Did you try RV Outlet in Danville, VA (right on the board) with NC, just North of Greensboro. We have never had service done there, but that is where we bought the Montana in October 2009.

Never had any problems with Camping World in Statesville, NC about doing warranty work on my Montana, which we didn't buy there. They are just slow, and it is hard to find anyone that knows what they are doing.
