If you have the time, a stop in Watkins Glen New York would be worth your time. You can tour the wineries and walk the glen and the town. You can also tour the Watkins Glen International Raceway and drive your vehicle around the track for a fee. There is a KOA near by or you could stay at Hickory Hill Campground in Bath New York and drive over. It is about a 30 minute drive or less. It is a beautiful area.
