This may explain why we're on week five of waiting for replacement parts to come in to Camping World in Greenwood, IN. The parts have been ordered and the insurance company has sent their check for the damage repairs, so we pretty much have to stay put until the parts arrive. The parts do not come from Keystone.They came from the vendor who manufactured the parts. They were no doubt ordered through Keystone and I would make sure the dealer actually ordererd them. Ther dealer ordered on line and the dealer should have a copy of the order invoice.
