Just got home and measured. From the ground to the top of the bed rail was 58.5" and bed depth was 21.375". I also read on the net that the new 3500 sits a little over 3 inches higher than the 2500. If the truck squats at least 2-3 inches I think I'll be ok. Oh well, I'll find out for sure next week after the hitch install. Thanks again to all that replied.
