New Old Guy has a question

I've been in the shadows around here for some time and for a old dude who has years of experience with 3 different fivers I'm still amazed at how much I've learned. Before the question I'd like to say thank you to all for sharing your knowledge and experiences.

Now for the question: I just traded my old best friend, a 2003 Silverado 2500HD 4WD CC LB, for the one in my signature. My concern is the height of the new one compared to my old buddy. It appears to sit roughly 3 or 4 inches higher and I'm not sure whether or not I can level it out with just the adjustments on the hitch and pinbox and still keep my bed clearance. Anyone towing with this setup and are you nose high on the fifth wheel.

TIA
