No problems at all on Dish home account. Have not used the one in the Monte in a while.
Is this new equipment? Or equipment you have used previously? Don't rule out anything. Could be a loose or flaky coax connection. Could be a single tree limb in the exactly the wrong place. Could be the X2 acting up. The messages do seem to indicate a problem locking on to the sats. Have heard that asking for an RV tech when you call gets better troubleshooting help.
