I just had to share with my MOC friends what a proud Mom I am. My daughter just called me. She is a Computer Science major and she was just chosen to be a part of design team developing a high altitude balloon payload for NASA studying radiation at 100,000ft! She will help to write the computer program that gathers the data. The best part is that she will receive a stipend of $4000 for 8 weeks worth of work!

Now...I have to admit that I am still a worried Mom that she won't be able to get herself out of bed every morning to get to work!
