First, is this a site you bought?
If yes, then at least get an estimate from an electrician to upgrade it.

I am willing to bet the wire feeding it is too small. Plus you need 2 hots a neutral and a ground. Those may not even be there.

If you are going to be there in the summer, you will sorely miss not being able to run 2 ACs. So a 30-50 Amp dogbone is temporary at best.

And if your DW is anything like mine, she will be very adapt at tripping a 30 Amp breaker
