Clearance is an issue. Many of our little country roads in Indiana small towns only have 12 foot clearance and will take your air conditioners off. Like I said I don't recall ever driving on IN 19 so I am not too certain of that road but I live in NW Indiana and can think of quite a few routes we just avoid.
Wish I could make it to the rally (it is only about a 80 mile drive for me) but time just does not permit this year.
