We are not to far from you here in North Ridgeville and can vouch for the days of rain (still is)We have been checking our new 3400 set up in the driveway every day for leaks and thus far not a single drop anywhere. This AM raised all the window shades to check for damp sills...none..Tell you what ..we got a good one..Sounds like you need to do your own caulking job..Look at the bright side..with all this rain you will be able to find evey leak. If it ever stops raining and it warms up a bit we will pull down and visit..
