The problem will be to find help to run it and/or be there to provide all the services you want to provide. I have a 50' x 20' foot space, covered, locked, with power and water (I furnish 200' of hose), and live on premises security. Dump station would be nice but not necessary and propane is not needed. No charge for anything extra...I did give the security guy a 30 pack of Busch as a token of my appreciation.
