Wow! You are really on an aggressive path.

Mine stays in local fenced gated storage that is a combination mini storage plus RV storage with on site manager. RV storage is about half outside storage and half covered but not enclosed. And both areas pretty much stay full with a few boats tossed in the mix. Here it is more about hot sun than cold and ice. Covered stalls have 15 amp power as an $ option. It has a dump station with city water for fresh water fill.

Wash station would be great. I do my own maintenance so that is a non issue for me but would probably appeal to many. If you did the work yourself then you would not have the issue of an RV tech and you could pick and choose your jobs.

If you study it carefully, go in with your eyes wide open, and fully understand what you are in for, could be a great deal. Good luck to you.
