Our daughter and son in law have a winter place in Ft Myers beach and we go there often. Ft Myers area is very expensive but also very nice.
We winter in Deer creek Rv and Golf resort near Disneyworld. It is a HOA community and banks do finance the purchase of lots. The resort has a reality office on the property.
