For gas we have a Quisinart table top model with hood, legs fold, and we use both the disposal and refillable propane containers, it is great for burgers, steaks, and everything else.
For charcoal we have a similar sized small table top model with hood, and it is excellent for steaks etc. as we particularly enjoy to taste to charbroiled. Hope you fun cooking outdoors next to you RV, we do.
