The plate with the two connectors is where my coaxial MELTED. The cable company and Team Montana had never heard of this. I think that this happened during a power surge. We had our surge protector plugged in. Finally disconnected the cable, returned the box, they checked the pedestal and I sent the surge prtector back to factory and had them check it out. Don't knoww if I will have he same problem this year down there, but we won't be getting cable again in Arizona.
