You need a browser like Internet Explorer (you probably already have this) AND you need the Adobe Flash player. If you have a virus checker it might have prevented you from downloading the Flash player automatically.
To manually get the Flash player go to
www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer and download the free current version 10.
Then try the link again.
