I didn't bother with trying to change the computer. I love it, the fuel gauge does not move for a 100 miles! Then when the low fuel light comes on, I know I still have 10 gallons left. So just go with it and enjoy. No need to have the computer to know exactly where your fuel level is. After about three fill ups, I knew exactly where i was.
