Wrong tires?

Our 2001 2880RL came new with Regul tires in load range E. Our 2003 3295RK came new with Goodyear Marathon load range D tires. However, the plate on the side of the unit says it should have load range E tires. Tire size is correct but I worry about the lower load range tires. Looking at the tires' ratings, the max load is 3000 lbs at 65psi. That works with the axle's 6000 lb rating but I still wonder if I'm pushing these tires. Should I be worried about this? The 3295RK with full propane, full fresh water, and a weekend's worth of gear but empty waste tanks scales at 12,500 lbs (these scales are to nearest 20lbs). Pinweight is 2820 lbs. The load on the front axle is 4720 and on the rear axle it's 4960. When we start fulltiming in a couple of months the weights will no doubt be a bit higher but it still looks like I have a good margin on the axles and tires. But, still, should Keystone have put load range E tires on this unit since the sticker says "E"? If I have an accident traced to a blown tire, is my insurance company going to blame the difference in tires?
