bobfaris, I pulled the water lines down to the basement area and installed my ball valve there. I felt that I did not want to be going inside and reaching under the sink to turn on the black tank flush and I also did not want to have a problem inside if any of the fittings decided to leak. Glad to hear that you solved the problem.
