I bought high pressure flex hose at the hardware store. It's the clear stuff with a reinforcement webbing you can see. Looks like a plastisized chinese finger trap. They also had most of the fittings, which may not be needed. The tubing fit over the existing fitting and is clamped with a hose clamp, see the way the factory did the winterizing tube.
