Anyone using an Andersen 3200 Ultimate 5th Wheel hitch? I would like to know if you have had to deal with the factory. I have a defect in the one I received and have not been able to get any response from Andersen. I purchased the unit from Camping World and they are prepared to take it back and issue a refund but that comes with it's own set of problems including the hassle of repackaging the thing, etc.

If you do have the Andersen 3200 hitch, how do you like it? I need to evaluate whether I should continue trying to resolve this with Andersen or go back to my Reese hitch.
