I'd say it's probable a seal in one or more cylinders. It doesn't have to be the cylinder on the slide that creeps out due to the design of the hydraulics on our units. The slides with the least resistance will move in or out first whether under pressure or creeping out on their own. These are cheap cylinders, so it's a replace not rebuild scenerio ...
