Yes, I experienced this first hand. Back in the M/H days I left the emergency brake engaged because my buddy came over to visit while I hooked the car to the M/H. In short I had an expensive repair of rear brakes of car because the rear brakes burned. Now I actually say, "Excuse my rudeness but I must concentrate on my job. I will be happy to visit with you later."
