Where are those low 40's at. I bought a 2013 Ram DRW 5 years ago and paid mid 40's plus ttl. Mine was the basic model with cloth seats. The Rams are the cheapest price and i doubt you could buy anything for less than 50 thousand now and that would be pretty basic.
