When my rig was new, I had fluid leaking down the drivers side front jack. It wasn't the jack at all. On that side mounted to the wall was a gang of valves and all of them were loose about a half a turn and the fluid was slowly following the tubing to the front jack. Tightened them and the problem went away. If you can't find something liike that, call Lippert customer service. They are great to work with.
