It’s not one section of ac duct, Its both sides of the ductwork front to back is crushed from 1.5 inches to ¼ inch from the roof pushing down on the insulation that was supposed to have been trimmed before it was installed over the duct work. So to change the duct from the inside all the cabinetry, trim, lights and all the ceiling panels would have to be removed. So removing the roof is supposed to be easier.
