We always go to Florida (Topsail) and I keep the closet beside the bed filled with fishing clothes. I really wouldn't want that closet any smaller. We also like the clothes hamper especially with slightly damp clothes. A sink that isn't truly big enough to brush my teeth or shave in is useless to me. My wife and I prefer a shower to a tub. (no ring around us)
If I were buying a new unit I would lean toward the 3400. Ain't choices great?
