We have a 2016 3160RL with a fireplace. We love it! It DOES warm up the room! We prefer cooler temps to sleep and the first thing in the morning the fireplace goes on to warm the place up. We have two portable electric heaters to use if it gets really chilly. We figured we might as well use the RV park electricity rather than our propane. If it gets really cold, we turn on the furnace.
We also really enjoy the "ambience" the fireplace gives us!
