Rotella T6 for a 2018 Laramie longhorn 3500 dually. Purchased December of 2017, 16k and I change it every 5-6k. I purchased a 4-pack oil change from my local dealer for $315 and have one left. I think this is the cheapest insurance available. Ram recommends every 15k for this model year but I like to do it every 5-6k. Just my preference.....
