70,000 miles on any tire??? That is way past my comfort zone. 50,000 is max for my Michelins on the F250 as well as my wife's Terrain. I am really careful with my wife's car--I don't want that call from her that the tires gave out. Yes, rotate and balance every 5000 miles--just like oil/filter changes. Just my opinion.
