Meet and Greet
Thursday, May 22 5:00pm Recreation Room
It appears that everyone will be arriving all hours of the day and evening on the 21st,
so in order to allow everyone to attend, we'll have this gathering on Thursday, 5/22.
The Rally Books will be handed out at this event.
1) Bring your own liquid refreshments, cups, plates, utensils and napkins.
2)This is a food event. (But of course!)
Please bring hors d'oeuvres for sharing and be mindful of how many rally participants there are when planning your hors d'oeuvres.
We have attendees who are gluten intolerant, some are diabetic
and some have allergies to certains foods.
Please print out a list of the ingredients of your dish
whether it's homemade or store-bought and attach it to your dish.
If you don't list your ingredients, some of the participants will have to bypass your dish even if they didn't need to.
