I had the same problem with my 2014 3582RL. Today I pulled off the Air Registers for the Intake and found lots of sawdust inside the vent as well as the filter. Cleaned the filter and the vent. I also found that the duct was collapsed, I used the cardboard roll out of a Christmas wrap and stuffed in the vent and it seemed to improve the AC performance. This is really a bad design. The old AC system worked much better. When you talk to the dealer they just say that is the way it is. I am heading to Arizona next week so it will be a good chance to see if the AC improved. I might go ahead and try to replace the cardboard roll with a plastic PVC . The bedroom AC works great.
