That is one reason we sold our 3402RL is because we did not like the "POO-POO closet" with the useless sink in there anymore, I am a big Dude and I hated being cramped in there, our 3735MK all in one bathroom is just right for us,lots of legroom
and no shower across the hallway with towels hanging over the shower door where everybody can see (Kinda tacky)
but hey personal preference that is why they have so many floorplans and our old 3402RL is one of Montana's most popular floorplans(they sold our trade-in in one week) so people do like the separate bathroom for sure just not us
