We are selling the house, to relocate to a home base closer to various vacation-lands. In the process we will have milder winters, which will translate to lower heating costs. We hope to be able to travel to different places, but really want to keep our South Padre winters in the forefront.
Here In K.C. Mo. the summers are hot and miserable, (humid) and the winters are cold and snowy, so we gotta get outa here!
Besides we need to downsize.
Good luck to all of you, I know the high energy costs are a real hardship on many, I worry about people that are barely making it now.
