As several have said, this unit was on display for us at the Fall Rally Factory Tour and it is really different from what we all are used too. The problem I saw with it was that I could not find any heating or A/C vents in that room. The only vent we could see was a regular wall vent which looked to us as vent to let warm air into the basement. It could get pretty warm in the summer and cold in the winter if you are in some cold weather for any amount of time. As Mrs. CountryGuy stated it is a great office space and the mattress could be removed and the area could be used for storage for the fulltimers. The washer/dryer hookups were not our cup of tea either since it takes up A LOT of storage space in the closet if they are installed. Those of you that have already picked yours up and are about to pick up or order one please let us know how things work out once you move in and use it on a regular basis.
