Al and I are probably gonna go to this festival on March 4th. (We would go on Friday, but it looks like it is only open on Friday night, we prefer to go during the day, so that looks like Saturday.)
Held in Hidalgo at the Dodge Arena. Last year it cost $8.00 per to get in. TONS of great food, and 15 or more groups to entertain you for FREE (after that initial $8.00). Last year they had Scottish dancers, Polish, local kids dancing Mexican/Spanish. We had a good time.
