Hummnnn ... I always thought 5.2K - 7K axles built after 1997 that have the infamous EZ lube grease zerk had the same wheel seals (3.375" OD by 2.250" ID) The axles prior to that time had seals with 2.125" ID's. If the seal land on your spindle does measure 2.25" ... the Prolube 2440 kits work ... they are just considerably harder to get on as that part doesn't turn like your old lip seals.
