We had those same issues. How on earth do you install on the wrong place. In addition ok ducts were crushed during construction. Keystone said to instal hot tub tubing to open it up. It did the trick, but we have to keep in on high. Same as 2 of the other 3 Rvs we've owned. I guess it's a thing...��
