Thanks so much for everyones comments. While I do not think we will be staying in our unit in the "dead of winter" I am sure we will get a much extended season due to the Montana being constructed the way it is.
When you ref heat tape do you mean for the fresh water line to the coach?? Sorry if stupid question.
