We have found that Awesome (cheap dollar store stuff) diluted about 10/1 and a small bristle brush (a little larger than a tooth brush) does an amazing job on spots of all kinds. Spritz it on and brush, then daub it up immediately. Spritz on some water and daub it again and you are done.
