I have a regulator but I don't use it very often. If we are somewhere that has alot of pressure I will use it. As a rule I don't like them most times if you have a pressure problem its either the reg or the little screens in the fausets they will stop up. DW and I also love the oxygenics shower head a great mod. JMHO
