I have not waded through the mounds of paperwork to check all the various warranties, but Keystone's is one year...with several pages of 'owner responsibilities, dealer responsibilities, Keystone responsibilites, exclusions, disclaimers, inspections, obligations, and probably more. I am not a believer in extended warranties...never had one on a car. However, we did opt for one with the 3400. The contract price for the extended warranty is based on the selling price (what you paid for it). Our warranty is bumper to bumper, seven years, $100 deductable for less than $20 a month...we paid in a lump sum. I figure in seven years, something will break, quit working, fall apart or just plain die. After looking at the price of Dometic A/Cs, refrig's, etc...I figure I'll get my money back one way or another.
First of all like Cat320, I knew the duration of the warranties when I "bought" my Montana and therefore I immediately opted for the extended warranty.

Secondly, Before you purchased your rig you all should have done your homework concerning the duration of the warranties. If you did so than I don't understand your problems. If not it ain't Keystone's fault.

Third...Like Tom said, "Keystone finally paid for the problem." And we have seen that happen many many times in the past.
