I think you can see the pan hard bar in these photos. It was just too difficult to go any farther forward. I have 3ft between the cab and where the 5th wheel will clear. So I could have moved the hitch 3ft forward if stuff was not in the way. Also volvos are a little different than the freightliner. Peterbilt and kenworth are again different. So planning in advance is crucial if you have a specific plan in mind.
