Well, talked with Goodyear - bottom line was told they don't have any program to get me credit to upgrade the tires just because I want to. She kept saying if they're in specs, they are fine and couldn't understand why I wanted to change them. I kept telling her about the numerous people I had read about with failures and why I was concerned. Nope, nothing they would do. So, I know some of you have said you contacted Goodyear or your dealer did for you, but my approach hasn't worked so far.
