Dick, I think the reason the sign up was so late last year was because the Administrators did not have a Wagonmaster and then you and Joyce stepped forward to take the position. It was then posted for all of us to sign up! We have a Wagonmaster this year already and it's now up to the Administrators to decide when they want to post the sign up period to begin and when we can send in our money through PayPal. Folks we have almost 6 months until the start of the Fall Rally and I think that is plenty of time to sign up yet! Be patient and I'm sure the Administrators will be posting here in the near future! We're looking forward to this year's 10th Anniversary Rally and to see many of our old friends from previous rallies and meeting new friends too!
