The official answer with JUST the on AC on the middle or rear of the rig would be 12'9" but with the additional AC on the bedroom it is probably a bit higher. However the height will also be a bit dependent on your tow vehicle. To get the exact height you really need to be hooked to your TV and then do an actual measurement from the highest point on your rig. And you do want the thing to fit into that new shop!
